Who We Are

C & C Disposal is a no non-sense independent trash hauling company that is big on Pueblo and big on Southern Colorado. Our owners believe Colorado is our home, we have to create change if we want community growth, and we have the social responsibility to be good stewards to those we serve.

What does it take to be a successful trash hauler in Southern Colorado? It takes hard work and not being afraid to gets your hands dirty…literally! It takes embracing the world around you and being an active part of solutions where you can contribute.

In 2004, we saw a need for a trash and recycling service in Pueblo, Pueblo West, and the Mesa and we opened our doors with one trash truck, a bunch of containers, and a vision to provide quality, reliable recycling services. Today, C & C serves 10,000 residents, has grown to a fleet of 30 trucks, employs over 40 people and is arguable one of the best known local trash haulers.

Family-owned and operated, the C & C Disposal owners are Pueblo natives. Raising their family here, they know the importance of a solid reputation and are known for standing by their word.

Openings

C & C Disposal is always looking for qualified talent to help grow our business. Common positions include customer service representatives, route drivers, transport drivers, and Port O Let drivers, to name a few. If you feel like you would be a great addition to our team, fill-out an online application to get started in the hiring process.

Please note that interested route drivers need to have at least a Class B drivers license; while transport drivers need Class A.

For the safety of our employees and the customers we serve pre-employment, random, post-accident and reasonable suspicion drug testing are common-place in our hiring process. Clean motor vehicle driving record is required and applicants must submit to a required background check.
